I am an Assistant Professor at Mount Saint Mary's University, Los Angeles.

I have a Ph.D. in American Politics.

My research interests include political communication, political behaviors, political psychology, gender and race politics, immigration and politics, and social movement. 

My current research focuses on the effects of partisanship and emotions on public opinion toward political activism. I use surveys and experiments to test hypotheses.
