I am an Assistant Professor at Mount Saint Mary's University, Los Angeles.

I have a Ph.D. in American Politics.

My research interests include political communication, political behaviors, political psychology, gender and race politics, immigration and politics, and social movement. 

My current research focuses on the effects of frames on emotions and social movement participation. I use surveys and experiments to test hypotheses.
